No. Email sends from the member’s personal Gmail after they connect under Personal space. Each sender uses their own identity and inbox.

Draft and send Gmail from Operations with AI assist

Ask Pilot to open compose for a contact, or click Write email on a record card. The panel prefills the recipient; Draft with AI pulls CRM and Gmail context into a subject and body you edit before sending from your personal Gmail.

Context switching between CRM and inbox slows follow-ups. When the contact record is already in the thread, email compose should start there — not in a blank Gmail tab.

Nothing sends until you confirm. AI drafts are starting points; you edit subject and body, then click Send. Emails go from the connected member’s Gmail, not a shared noreply.
