Is SIREN enrichment included in the price?

Yes. SIREN/INSEE enrichment is included in your Ostrata subscription from €17.10 / seat / month annual. No additional paid module, no external API credits to buy.

Can I enrich manually or must I go through Pilot?

Both work. In Operations, you request enrichment in natural language ('Enrich this record with INSEE'). In standard views, a button launches SIREN enrichment without going through chat.

What fields are filled by SIREN enrichment?

Legal name, full address, postal code, city, NAF code, NAF label, workforce, legal form, creation date, SIREN, SIRET. You choose in your schema which fields to map.

What happens if the SIREN doesn't exist or is dissolved?

Pilot warns you if the SIREN is not found or if the company is dissolved. You can then correct the search or enter information manually. No automatic update without your validation.

Does enrichment work for companies outside France?

The INSEE/BODACC integration only covers French companies. For international prospects, Ostrata lets you enter fields manually or import from a CSV file.

Can I automate enrichment via API or MCP?

Yes. The REST API allows you to POST a record and trigger SIREN enrichment in the background. The MCP server allows Claude, Cursor, or any compatible client to enrich a record from your IDE or AI assistant.

Is SIREN data automatically updated?

No. Enrichment is manual or triggered by you (or by your automation via API). Ostrata never modifies your records without your action. You control when and which records are enriched.

How long is the free trial?

The free trial lasts 30 days for 1 seat. The credit card is charged at the end of the trial period. You can test all features, including SIREN enrichment, during this period.

From Operations or a standard view, search for a SIREN or company name: Pilot suggests official results. You validate, and fields are automatically completed: legal name, address, NAF code, workforce, legal form.

No external module, no additional subscription. The integration is included in your Ostrata plan. You control which fields are updated, and changes go through your approval workflow if you configure it that way.

Adapt your CRM schema without rigidity

Unlike CRMs with a fixed data model, Ostrata lets you define your own objects and fields. You add 'Company', 'Contact', 'Project', 'Machine' — the objects that match your real sales process. SIREN enrichment then applies to the object of your choice.

Ostrata exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that you connect to Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any other MCP client. From your IDE or AI assistant, you can trigger SIREN enrichment without leaving your development or analysis workflow.

The REST API also allows enrichment automation: your ERP or lead generation tool POSTs a company record, Ostrata enriches the SIREN in the background, and returns complete data. Ideal for synchronizing multiple systems without re-entry.
